DGD Fitness & Personal Trainer

My Background


I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with years of experience supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Alongside my full-time career in entertainment and events as a performer and DJ, I have consistently worked one-to-one with clients to improve their physical fitness, confidence, and overall wellbeing.


Much of my coaching has focused on helping individuals who struggle with low confidence and the impact of poor mental health. Through personalised support, I work closely with clients to build physical strength, mental resilience, and lasting self-belief that carries into all areas of life.


I am now expanding my services to offer a broader performance-focused approach that integrates personal training, life and performance coaching, structured nutrition planning, and career development strategies. My goal is to help clients build the strongest version of themselves — a healthy body, a focused mind, and a clear path in their personal and professional lives.


While entertainment and events remain my primary career, coaching is something I am deeply passionate about. I believe that a strong mind and body should be accessible to everyone, which is why I offer my services at a fraction of the typical cost. My mission is to make high-quality performance coaching affordable, empowering more people to invest in their health, confidence, and future.

I really love the impact i have had on some of my clients over the past year, its only a small handful but the feedback I receive makes my day. Just a simple text that says "I feel amazing today and I'm full of energy positivity" That really gives me job satisfaction.
