Qaulified level 3 personal trainer, i have worked on and off with clients over the years, with entertainment and events being my full time career. I have focused on working with clients closely that suffer with low confidence and any kind of negative impact on their mental health.
However i will be looking to broaden my client base very soon.
I can provide meal plans and informative meal ideas all calorie counted and even a shopping list and how to instructions for cooking.
Training is the easy part, the diet is requires a little bit of will power and consistency.
I really love the impact i have had on some of my clients over the past year, its only a small handful but the feedback I receive makes my day. Just a simple text that says "I feel amazing today and I'm full of energy positivity" That really gives me job satisfaction.
